Woods Mediations & Employee Relations is dedicated to helping you find the right solution by offering dispute resolution services. Mediation is the best and most productive way to resolve conflict. Our Mediation service allows you to design your own agreement and define your own path forward.
Appointments

Prior to mediation, I offer a complimentary consultation, lasting 30 minutes, to meet in person, answer questions about the process and help prepare you for your initial mediation session.
​
Mediation will be scheduled when both parties have confirmed their availability. If parties need help communicating with each other regarding appointment times, I can provide that support.
We offer this service in an inviting, relaxed atmosphere that enhances the settlement process.

Costs
Court Ordered, Corporate or Business Disputes
*MEDIATION HOURLY FEES:
1st hour: $250.00
2nd hour $175.00
Each additional hour $100.00

Fees are the same for any additional time spent on document review, research and other outside time, if any, necessary to prepare for the hearing.
​
Travel time outside the metro Atlanta area – $125.00 per hour for travel time, plus reasonable, transportation, lodging and meal expenses.
There is a seven (7) hour minimum hearing length for out of town mediation. No other charges for travel apply.

Parties that are more than 30 minutes late for their scheduled mediation will be charged a fee of $100 and will be asked to reschedule.

Limited weekend hours are available.
